Building Resilience Through Life's Transitions
Coaching for Those Ready to Move Forward
You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone
If you're navigating a significant life transition, experiencing grief or loss, or feeling the weight of difficult changes, I want you to know that support is available to you, wherever you are.
I work with people across the country who are facing some of life's most profound challenges. Transitions that feel impossible to navigate alone, losses that often go unspoken, and experiences that deserve more than surface-level solutions.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and offers a collaborative approach to navigating grief, loss, and life transitions. While I bring the same warmth, directness, and understanding to coaching as I do to therapy, the focus is different.
Coaching is:
More present and future-oriented
Focused on building resilience and coping skills
Centered on supporting you through difficult transitions
Collaborative and strength-based
Available to anyone, anywhere
Coaching does not include:
EMDR or trauma processing work
Retrospective trauma therapy
Clinical mental health treatment
Think of coaching as a way to find support, gain perspective, and build skills as you navigate grief and loss, without the clinical components of therapy.
My Approach
I bring the same humanistic, warm, and direct approach to coaching as I do to therapy. I believe in building strong relationships where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help you cultivate self-awareness, find your resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self as you move through difficult transitions.
I'm trained in Coaching in a New Key: An Applied Existential Approach through Boulder Psychotherapy Institute. This training emphasizes meaning-making, authenticity, and helping you navigate life's biggest questions during times of transition and change.
Important to Know
Coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and cannot replace clinical treatment. If you're experiencing acute mental health symptoms, active trauma, or need clinical support, therapy may be a better fit.
Depending on your individual situation, you may be required to see an additional healing professional (such as a therapist, psychiatrist, or physician) in order to work with me as a coach.
If you live in Colorado, I encourage you to explore my therapy services, which include EMDR and trauma processing work.

What to Expect
Building Our Foundation
To establish a solid relationship, I ask that new clients commit to four consecutive weekly sessions to begin. This helps us get to know each other and build momentum that will support our work together. From there we can figure out what frequency would work for you both financially and emotionally.
The Timeline
Some people work with me for just a handful of months during acute transitions, while others incorporate coaching into their ongoing self-care practice. There's no right or wrong way to do this. We'll work together to find what serves you best.
Investment
I work with individuals ages 16+. Sessions are $150 for 60 minutes.
Coaching is available via tele-health to clients anywhere in the world.
Ready to Begin?
I offer a free phone consultation so we can explore whether we're a good fit and answer any questions you have about the process. There's no pressure, just an opportunity to talk and see if this feels right for you.
